Roy, the service tech should be commended and is highly recommended. HOWEVER. My disappointment is with American Home Shield for recommending a company that was Not a 24/7 Emergency provider. I specifically asked for a company that was available to fix our heat and ARRINGS was selected for us. They too should be held accountable for listing themselves as a 24/7 provider when in fact they were Not. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or call me back until I had to take off work after contacting on Monday morning. I wasn’t even contacted by them,I had to reach out first. Then it took until 5pm for servuce to be provided. PISS POOR. The process failed us, leaving us in a very cold house over the weekend with a small child. ARRINGS, please do better!
